Our Tools

MeLoDy lab has developed several tools for computational model development and extension. Below links to our currently published and usable tools

FLUTE (The FiLter for Understanding True Events) - A tool for identifying high-confidence machine reading interactions through comparison to publicly available interaction databases.

CLARINET (CLARIfying NETworks) -  A tool that equips modelers with a fast and reliable assistant to select the most relevant knowledge about the systems being modeled using graph-based approaches and literature occurrence metadata

ACCORDION (ACCelerating and Optimizing model RecommenDatIONs) - A tool for assembling, testing and selecting most relevant models using information extracted from literature by integrating clustering with simulation and formal analysis

VIOLIN (Validating Interactions Of Likely Importance to the Network) - A tool for judging the usefulness of research literature for model building and extension

FIDDLE (Finding Interactions using Diagram Driven modeL Extension) - A tool to automatically assemble or extend models with the knowledge extracted from published literature
